Little River Development is currently working on a development project in the City of Manistee “The Manistee Gateway Project” which will include a 90+ room Condo hotel with roof top bar, Heritage Venue, a residential building with 17 Studio/1BR, and 2BR townhouse Units, 3 Level parking structure, 4 level mixed use building with commercial space, and office space.
